The story behind Pilotstarter
Founded in 2025, Pilotstarter grew from a simple idea: Running and implementing AI Pilots should be easier and faster than it is today.
Our founders, Harry Federspiel and Adwiteey Mauriya, experienced firsthand the frustration of launching pilots that lead to new products and services within enterprises. They believed there had to be a better way. With backgrounds in both business operations and software development, they set out to create the tool they wished they'd had.
What started as a first idea to help businesses find experts grew into an end-to-end agent that automates sourcing, double-opt-in expert matching, contract drafting, and scheduling - so enterprises launch vetted AI pilots in days, track KPIs in real time, and make evidence-based go/no-go rollout decisions with lower risk and cost.
